Questions
Good to know
Are Hourora’s tools free?
Yes. Every tool is free to use without an account. The pages carry a few clearly labelled advertisements, never on a running full-screen timer, stopwatch or countdown.
Do the timer and stopwatch keep running if I close the page?
Yes. They save their start or end time in this browser, so after a reload they continue exactly where they were; the time is worked out from your device clock, not by counting ticks.
Which time zone do the tools use?
Your device’s own time zone, with daylight-saving rules from IANA tzdata 2026e. Countdowns and the Unix converter can also work in any other city you choose.
